Experience
Most of my experience with teaching comes from my role of peer teacher in high school. I was a tutor there and then a Teaching Assistant at Princeton, where my students went on to post good reviews, winning me a teaching award. Chemistry is my specialty as is standardized test math preparation. I can cover mathematical subjects from algebra to pre-calculus, to AP calculus and SAT math, as well as biology and physics. My teaching philosophy: I like to have a good time with the students I work with. I make sure we keep on track, but joke around as well.I earned my master's degree in chemistry from Princeton University and I have a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Northwestern University. Even before that, I attended a special science and math high school in Ocean County, New Jersey. I was captain of the Math League and twice a champion of the Ocean County Math League. Currently living in Manchester, NJ, I spend a lot of time working and tutoring but in my spare time enjoy my passion for sports, especially fantasy sports. I am passionate about Northwestern's football and basketball team, video games, and everything on ESPN.
